Interests

My research focuses on modeling and algorithm design in networked systems. I’m broadly interested in optimization, including stochastic optimization, mathematical programming, and the use of machine learning and heuristics to solve complex problems.

Currently, I work on quantum networks, with a focus on entanglement distribution and distributed quantum computing. We explore how to optimize network components, compile quantum circuits across distributed systems, and identify parameter regimes necessary to execute useful quantum circuits.

Previously, I’ve worked on modeling and optimization in sectorized directional wireless networks, as well as applying game theory and mechanism design to networking challenges such as power allocation and network slicing.
